Bug Description
ROI focusing and presentation dragging should be done as following:
- a single left-click on a ROI should focus A4 on it
- holding either left button or middle button should drag the whole presentation.

After a brief discussion, Andrea and me agreed that probably the best configuration is to use both left-click and middle-click to focus a ROI and drag the whole presentation. Details in the bug description (that I have edited).
