500px scope 0.6 adds the filters.
It also implements:
* pagination with cached pages when going Back,
* User searches inside a department now only provide results if in that department (a bug fix)
* a Search all 500px department (for proper site-wide searching)
* stripped binary for filesize per bug 1570568
* an improved layout +1'd by design
