Enhancement request: Modify script to work for Etch

Right now, the script doesn't do anything on Etch (I assume it quits after finding it isn't the Ubuntu OS). It would be nice to have access to it in Debian.

I presume you are talking about vim-rails.

Can you attach the command sequence you use to install it on Debian. Did you run 'vim-rails-setup'?

In theory the script should work on Debian Sid, but may not on Etch.

ran as root

# sh ./3accounts-apt-setup

No change resulted to sources.list file, so subsequently running

# apt-get install vim-rails

does nothing.

Try

apt-get install -t universe vim-rails

as root, and see if that does the trick.

Check that /etc/apt/sources.list has an 'accounts4free' deb line in
it, then try

apt-get install -t feisty vim-rails

That might do it.
