Collect 'ls -alR /' too.
Don't try to make a directory for logs gathered before the test starts.

Started unifying config, but it's still just CLI for now.
Made remaining options accessible at CLI.
Log the command line for later reference.

Added option to continue after fatal error,
so a person can manually fix problems and continue collecting results.

Added verbose and timeout CLI options.
Handle more reboot failures, and better.
Refactored a bit to reduce size.
Don't make result path for boot 0 or None.

Added reboot timeout and abort, in case of error we can't recover automatically.
Added --help, and ability to pass test duration on the command line.
Better reporting of test duration.
Now collects some logs before starting the actual test.
Warns on error pulling files from device.
Added a wrapper script which saves test output to the test result dir.

Now saves per-boot data under results/ .
Actually waits until device is logged in and settled before rebooting.
Collects errors during test and summarizes them at the end.
