fix logic error in get_auto_
interfaces. There was an error where the logic was purely backwards.
and also where it would add an interface multiple times. - 54. By Scott Moser
-
manually read 'auto' devices from interfaces rather than use ifquery
'ifquery --list' was insufficient for devices that have a 'mapping' entry.
See bug 810044 comment 4 for example. Instead, manually determine which
entries are 'auto'.Also note, per interfaces(5) 'allow-auto' == 'auto'.

use the first token of the ifstate file 'phsyical=virtual'
'auto' entries reference physical interfaces, not virtual.
we *were* reading the virtual interface names. This change reads the
physical. - 51. By Clint Byrum
