Added effect-indicator icon to clips when an effect is applied.
Works both for drag-n-drop of effect from list and for effects added
from clip properties window.
The icon is not clickable yet

Cleaned command-line rendering from all stupid things
I had introduced not knowig enough MLT python api.
Now it looks much more logic and clean, and it handles
correctly keyboard interrupt by user

removed an unhandled exception in case of invalid or empty config.xml preferences file.
Now in this case the config.xml file is re-created using default values
