This switches the post-commit hook to use the "buildbot sendchange" command
instead of the copied "svn_buildbot.py". This is done because
"buildbot sendchange" supports attaching additional properties to changes
which we need to pass the git revision along with changes. This is needed
so the Git-based buildslaves can check out the Twisted code.
