* Changes:
    - Glade file was removed and all the widgets are generated inline.
    - To prevent accidental overwriting of existing file with remarks,
      a dialog was added.

* Improvements:
    - Copyright statement was updated.
    - AboutDialog was updated (short description).
    - License was updated.
    - Each dialog uses application icon.
    - Canvas for the PDF rendering is centered.
    - Correct scale correction for the PDF-document is used (96/72).
    - Some actions are grouped in ActionGroup. Many benefits!
    - Refresh toolbutton is removed.
    - Remark-grabber dialog give more visual space for remark (50 symbols).
    - Remark-grabber dialog is centered to the application window, not a screen.
    - Remark-grabber dialog gives more space for a remark (more than 100 symbols).

    - List of remarks is sorted after the first column, number of page (by default).
    - Generation of comments use `str.strip()` to prevent trailing whitespaces.
    - Preferences dialog is not resizeable, not shown in taskbar,
      and uses the icon of application.

    - Bug with clouds highlights. Now all clouds are de-highlighted before
      selected cloud is highlighted.
    - Generation of comments now works fine.
    - Newly created cloud is not showed after RemarkGrabber run.

* Set default path for dialogs like 'Open File', 'Import Remarks...', and 'Export Remarks' to `$HOME` directory.
* Remember last opened path for dialogs till program is closed.

Major changes:
* Updated config path management. Now user home directory used to store '.config' file.
* Server side removed from the project.
* Updated algorithm of determining whether remarks to be imported belong to the opened document. From now on only document title from meta info is to be considered.
* Proper PDF meta info added to export: title, creation date, modification date.
* There is validation check according to PDF info: dialog is shown if PDF info of import doesn't match opened PDF's info.
* Remark grabber dialog is empty now. Submiting dialog with empty entry skips cloud creation.
* Added feature: only user's remarks and remarks with his comments go to export.
* New functionality implemented: every imported cloud is stored if it's unique or if it's up to date (has more recent changes like new comment(s), status has been changed).
Minor changes:
* Some message dialogues' type are modified from "question" to "warging", and have another set of buttons (YES/NO).
* All message dialogues have title now

* Fixed bug #653603 : cloud disapears after cancellation.
