Bug Description
Binary package hint: openerp-server
The package openerp-server should depend on python-imaging else trying to render the company image in standard report header causes error in reportlab _isPIL function.

It is listed in the package's recommends, and I believe this to be a good choice: it does not appear to be required, if you are not using the standard report header for example.
But I do not know the package after all, and might be wrong. Please reopen the bug in this case.
