Binary package hint: nautilus
Problem:
When creating a link to a URL with a question mark in it, it does not work.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to a URL with a question mark in. e.g. http://
2) Drag the tab to the desktop.
3) Click on the created link.
4) Notice that the link does not work correctly.

Quoting must be done by enclosing the argument between double quotes and escaping the double quote character... Reserved characters are question mark ("?")...
I've tried using \? "?" "\?" \"?" \"\" etc., but none of these make the link work.
Hi, This is not a duplicate.
The problem in bug #233913 does not seem to exist on my machine. Additionally, the 'custom launcher' is a different application to the 'Create Launcher' on the desktop.
If you can confirm that the following reproducible steps above result in the correct outcome in Ibex then that would be great. Otherwise, this is still a bug.
