Bug Description

Upgrade from latest edgy with all updates applied prior to Feisty beta using update-manager -d. After reboot, no mouse. Running thru a kvm switch. Older MB (PCChips M590) with psmouse support. lsmod shows a psmouse driver loaded. Worked fine on prior edgy config.

tried reconfigure. No difference.

Any other ideas?

So, do you mean that users with older hardware must change to newer? I don't see the point.

Feel free to reassert this bug. I lost the ability to verify a fix if produced, so did not see the need to push for a fix. Besides, this config was very slow. Was time to upgrade anyway. so may more important bugs, IMHO.
