Bug Description

The planned method for fixing this will be to patch CI automatically (i.e., check in/distribute a vanilla copy, but include a makefile that applies the patch)

I added some JS that prevents you from submitting a form if you entered a sequence that CodeIgniter doesn't like. But this is just a temporary workaround. When CodeIgniter releases a new stable version, hopefully this will be fixed for real...

Upon reexamination of the CodeIgniter license, it looks like the only requirement placed on modifications is that they carry notices stating the nature of the change and the names of those who changed them. And CI 3.0 seems like it's never coming out, so I just edited the CI stuff.
