Registry entries and shortcuts remain after install

Bug Description
Repro:
1) Install NUnit 2.5.1
2) Install NUnit 2.5.2
3) Uninstall NUnit 2.5.1
Actual behaviour:
Registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_
and start menu shortcuts are left behind.
Expected behaviour:
Registry entries and shortcuts should be removed.
I think we need to re-GUID all components for each release. With any luck
there's an easy way to do this with recent versions of Wix. In the past
this hasn't been fun!

Since we are doing a 2.6 release, I'm moving this back to the NUnitV2 project.
