13.22 reverted an unverified patch, the other patches/bugs are verified, verification is done.

We are doing the testing for this kernel now and will be finished shortly.

Hardware Certification has completed testing on 80/92 systems. Not all systems could be tested due to current lab workloads, but we are confident with the results we do have.
