Bug Description

ER query to add: build_name:"check-tempest-dsvm-ironic-agent_ssh" AND tags:"screen-ir-cond.txt" AND message:"u\'ImageDownloadError\'"

Jobs have been failing since this morning with this error:

2015-02-11 19:48:25.302 4580 ERROR ironic.drivers.modules.agent [-] node d11b8e8d-b2b7-4410-b048-3eec24f6ee52 command status errored: {u'message': u'Error downloading image.', u'code': 500, u'type': u'ImageDownloadError', u'details': u'Could not download image with id bd4ff326-2f19-446c-98bb-f5869b34a2a5.'}

We have yet to determine the cause.
