some objects disappear when saving as pdf

I have a file that does not convert correctly to pdf. I has a masked pattern of stripes, of which a couple do not show up in the pdf file. I've attached the svg file.

I stripped some items out of the file to try and trace the problem. Export still turns out badly but in a different way.

When I release the mask the file exports correctly, so that's where the problem is, it appear. I hope someone can fix this!
