Bug Description

After installing Inkscape 0.48 and pre-0.91. The mimetype get changed to a faulty value "application/svg" which was "image/svg+xml" (in the Windows registry). So you can't open SVG with Chrome or IE (but with FF) or upload it to test-pages anymore (s. http://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T75470).

If you try to open an SVG you instantly download it again and again. If you have Chrome (or IE) setted to automaticly open downloaded SVG, you get a crash with endless loop.
