Ejecter should allow "complete" ejection of USB devices

Bug Description

USB devices are still powered after ejected by ejecter, as opposed to using the "eject" command which also turns off the device and makes it safer to detach (electrically).

I looked for a way to resolve this but it seems Gio doesn't provide a method to fully unmount devices, I'll try asking to Gtk/Glib people.

This should be fixed upstream, so that the change would affect all Gnome.
