If log view open then every time a file is saved the log is refreshed and a window appears taking focus from the editor

Bug Description
If I do a log on a file and then save that file periodically then every time I save a window pops up telling me that the log is being refreshed. Saving a file cannot change the log of that file (only a commit can) so this is unnecessary and takes focus from the editor and annoys the user.
