Iceland Calendar Incomplete. Have to implement Iceland Stock Exchange and Settlement Calendar

Bug Description

The Existing calendar is wrong as it hasn't listed 2nd Jan (for 2008) and 24th Dec as Holiday
See http://nordic.nasdaqomxtrader.com/trading/tradinghours/

Also need to refactor and implement Iceland Stock Exchange and Settlement Calendar

* Review reliable data 2009 in the beginning of 2010;

* Needs review of Exchange and Settlement calendars, all years;

* Market.ICEX was defined
* Market.Settlement is missing.

Yes, we can close it.Iceland calendar has been ported to QL097 version which has only one calendar(Iceland stock exchange).
