Bug Description

Bank Holidays listed are not matching with the holiday List

For e.g:
2007
25th May is not listed as National Holiday
24 Dec Not Listed
See http://www.goodbusinessday.com/HolidayList/BankCountry/Buenos+Aires/2007.aspx

2008
Oct 13 Dia de la Raza Public Holiday not listed
Dec 24 and Dec 26 not listed
See http://www.qppstudio.net/bankholidays2008/argentina.htm

Here the problem is that the sources are not trusted. If we can get the holiday list from the corresponding stock exchange then that will be more reliable source of information

Holiday list completed. Removed Easter Monday from original implementation as no Easter Monday is in Argentina.
