Rework needed on TermStructureTest.testImpliedObs

Bug Description

TermStructureTest.testImpliedObs diverged from original translation in order to help validade the notification machanism.

After we finish PiecewiseYieldCurve implementation, this test case needs to be reverted to its original idea.
