Picture screen missing from Spanish install on DVD i386 image

I was doing an installation from the DVD i386 image and the picture screen is missing. I installed in Spanish and from a USB stick.

What exactly do you mean by the picture screen? Do you mean the webcam picture one or the slideshow?

Webcam picture is skipped during the install.
