desktop reset

edubuntu beta2 usb live - While installing comorama through software-center, my desktop is completely reset (see the attached screen-shot) and set back to a correct status when installation finishes.

same behaviour installing chromium, but the screen is set to ok before the installation ends.

I think that all this problems are related to 'cannot set freq 16000 to ep 0x86 ' webcam bug, so for the moment I close this as invalid.
