Bug Description
The system doesn't support usb on the newer START-R revision quickstart board. The diagnostic image that came with the system works fine.

From dmesg:
[ 3.239968] fsl-ehci fsl-ehci.0: detected XactErr len 0/8 retry 1
Message repeats throughout the log (see attached).
Image boots fine on original quickstart board.
