Bug Description

[ 18.645] (II) evdev: WebCam: Configuring as keyboard

Installed Xubuntu as per ISO testing, completed successfully.

However after rebooting into completed system the touchpad no longer works, had to workaround by installing a USB mouse.

When the touchpad works during a live session the following can be seen in dmesg,

[ 9.402784] mousedev: PS/2 mouse device common for all mice
...

[ 79.473675] input: SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad as /devices/platform/i8042/serio1/input/input9

but only the mousedev line is observed in the completed installed system dmesg (where the bug is present)

Sorry, looks like I have picked up a hardware fault, as it is happening now in Windows as well.
