Bug Description

Possibly a dup of bug 923220
The upgrade fails on calculating the dependencies of skype:amd64 as ia32-libs:amd64 has broken depndencies in precise it seems.
Maybe add a rule to install skype:i386 instead?

Seems to be another error different from that previous report.
