Bug Description

URPMI has a policy check that claims a signature is "BAD"
when not signed by the "official" Mandriva key.

It is unclear whether there might be some point of contact with an undeniable signature scheme. For now look like a political distro choice

The part that is _NOT_ political is the sloppy error message using "bad"
