IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY MY INSTALLING THIS APPLICATION JUST MOMENTS PRIOR TO THE PACKAGE MANAGER TRYING TO UPDATE IT? PERHAPS I HAD THE UPDATED APPLICATION ALREADY INSTALLED?
