Bug Description
This bug is to track the state of using a pv-ops kernel on EC2 for Maverick.
Currently the Maverick kernel when built with pv-ops and legacy patching can be run on 3 out of 4 EC2 zone in us-east-1.

I have placed test kernels that work in all zones
kernel. ubuntu. com/~jj/ linux-image- 2.6.35- 12-virtual_ 2.6.35- 12.17~pvops_ amd64.deb ubuntu. com/~jj/ linux-image- 2.6.35- 12-virtual_ 2.6.35- 12.17~pvops_ i386.deb
kernel.
These can be installed into ebs backed instances, and booted with editing of /boot/grub/menu.lst
