Bug Description
After upgrading to Lucid, which brought in python 2.6.5 and libapache2-mod-wsgi 2.8, I'm seeing many instances of this error in /var/log/
[Sun Jun 20 23:19:33 2010] [error] Exception KeyError: KeyError(
According to the mod_wsgi author, it is harmless, but won't be fixed in the current code bases unless some other compelling problem turns up. Although reportedly harmless, the errors are disconcerting on a production server and the log spam complicates diagnosing other problems. It would be nice if an ubuntu patch could be applied to silence the error. The author provided instructions for such a pach here:
This issue has been fixed upstream in the repository and will be released with version 3.3.

Given its low impact, Its probably best to just let this fix arrive with mod-wsgi 3.3 rather than push any patches.
