Infinite loop on ssh localhost when byobu configured to auto-launch

Version: byobu (lucid-proposed: 2.68-0ubuntu1.1)
Tested on: turnkey-core-beta (based on Lucid Lynx).

When byobu is configured to auto-launch on login, and a user SSH's into localhost, byobu will dive into an infinite loop launching itself.

* Test case: install byobu; configure to launch by default; ssh <user>@127.0.0.1;
* Break the loop: ctrl-a-\

This is fixed upstream and in Maverick.

However, it is a big problem in Lucid.

I'll backport a suitable fix and propose an SRU.

Actually, this does still exist upstream and in Maverick. Fix is trivial. Will be rolling out ASAP.

Fixed in r1053. This will need to be applied and SRU'd as soon as the current SRU is promoted.
