please enable CONFIG_TIMER_STATS on imx51

Bug Description

we want to be able use powertop on armel hardware (at least for the bits and pieces where it can gather data on non x86 HW).
for this to function CONFIG_TIMER_STATS needs to be enabled. please enable it in the next upload.

I already enabled it in my git tree:

I tested powertop on my board, it works with the new kernel.
