New files or directories not visible until refreshing Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Copy and paste it anywhere on the system.
Notice that the new item does not appear until you press the F5 button.
Expected behavior: The new file or directory should appear immediately after creation or pasting.
Actual behavior: The new file or directory only appears after pressing F5 to refresh the view.

Thank you for your bug report. That's pretty weird, it would suggest inotify isn't working properly. Is that on the disk used for installation or another disk or partition?
