Bug Description

after the last dialog box; I've done 2 install (last ~3 hours) on
- hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)

** PRIMARY ISSUE (install window closes)

** expected result
- on completion of user details; install runs & completes

** actual results
on both; once entering the last details (username etc) I got
- installer window just closed
- slideshow started; then installer window just closed

** MINOR (additional) ISSUE (graphic borders of installer)
No borders on ubuntu-installer window when first started; just graphic glitches (see pics)
This maybe just a BOX specific issue; as this box has had nouveau issues before with GNOME/KDE. I can file as a different report; but I'm happy to ignore this issue; just noting & uploading pics here

** Additional Details/Comments

On first run; the installer window was started again & install completed. No bug filed but being the same day, it's details can be found in iso.qa.ubuntu.com

On second run; I won't try starting installer again... Same iso.qa.ubuntu.com daily report. This was a re-run of install to see if issues re-occurred; and they did.

Other graphic glitches appeared (no borders to window until I click CONTINUE); that's far less important but it occurred on both installs. See pics I'll upload as attachments.

another screenshot taken..

minor issue that maybe box quirk (really old nvidia card that has some issues with nouveau with GNOME & KDE) - appeared on both boots (3 hours apart)

(open terminal is of no consequence; my 'testcase' (lubuntu usage) was with internet so I just opened term to confirm internet was working where I usually ping my ISP using name/DNS)
