Hi, since the PPA (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntukylin-council/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntukylin-ppa) only has 8G, we decided to use the last LTS version of the repository for all short-time support versions such as hirsute.

This is because our network is down and will be restored in the near future.

But even if the network is restored, this is not available because there is a problem when sync from the PPA to archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006, and we will continue to track this issue by contact to <email address hidden>.
