Bug Description

help.ubuntu.com/rst is linked from the Ubuntu installer when it detects an RST-enabled drive.
This page doesn't look like an Ubuntu page and it displays badly on a phone (which is the recommended device on the installer page to flash the QR code)

I added redirects to the original discourse pages and moved the bitlocker and rst directories to a "wip" directory for now.
