Bug Description
On installing in applet in welcome through launching Budgie Applets in Start Menu:
When an applet fails to install, I couldn't seem to figure out the notification although I could've figured it out. No matter what I ran it in debug mode to see there was no internet. I suggest a message saying there is no internet connection so it cannot be installed.
