Bug Description

Testing 20.04 daily image for Ubuntu-Budgie. I've seen this with every daily I've tested. Click the wifi icon on the task tray. A window opens to accept the access-point's password. The user starts typing, and realizes nothing's happening because the cursor is somewhere else. You have to click into that field (then start typing again).

All the other *buntu desktops open the password window with the cursor in the field, ready to accept keyboard input. So, I'm thinking it's appropriate to call this a bug. Perhaps low-priority.

PS: I couldn't determine the package this should be reported for. Right clicking on the wifi icon doesn't show any details. I think the interface is supposed to be like a mac, and I'm not familiar with macs.
