It looks like the module build has failed on D-Azure.

There once a fix to create swap partition to help the module build (bug 1791032)
This has to be checked manually.

Retested on Azure, it's all green now (with https://kernel.ubuntu.com/git/ubuntu/autotest-client-tests.git/commit/?id=18baff5b174893ef2dee63304984cc1f300afa33 applied for generic kernels on azure)
