Welcome screen does not show release notes

Ubuntu Studio 1904 Release Candidate Test on laptop with power plugged in and wireless network chosen.

The Ubiquity Welcome page normally shows a link to the Release Notes. This page is now blank except for the button to continue. The rest of the installation is continuing fine.

I was unable to recreate this today with a 'Ubuntu 19.04 "Disco Dingo" - Release amd64 (20190416)' image. Attached you'll find a screenshot with the release notes link shown.

Can you try again? Is that specific to Ubuntu Studio images, could you try on an Ubuntu one? Do you have internet access?

Yes - it worked fine when I tested a second time on my Desktop. Not sure what happened there. Marking as invalid.
