3、Check whether the network status of the taskbar is consistent with the network status in the network tool.

Accepted kylin-nm into disco-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kylin-nm/1.0.0-1ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
