Bug Description

On an old laptop when Ubuntu Budgie installation completed direct restarting of media without prompting to remove media after clicking restart button.
But this problem does not exist in vm.

Installation completed direct restarting of media without prompting to remove media after clicking restart button.
Otherwise all went well.

This occurred today installing/testing Lubuntu Bionic Daily build 20191103.
Tested on Acer Aspire E3-111 laptop.
