gnome software doesn't show all categories or recent releases in a live session.

Show fine when the system is installed

My guess is the live session doesn't have any appdata to show apps.

For Xubuntu (20171016) I continue to see what is shown in screen shot. For Ubuntu, same date, I also see "Categories" but not "Recent Releases" so I will continue to report the bug against the relevant ISOs.
