To be slightly more specific, step by step:
- the launcher was named 'new launcher'
- I've search for 'new' in the top search field in menulibre
- launcher appeared on the list and I've selected it
- I clicked 'Delete' button
- launcher was still visible on the list, so I clicked 'Delete' button once again
- warning appeared that launcher cannot be deleted
- I closed menulibre window and relaunch it
- I searched for 'new', launcher did not appear on the list (it was deleted)
- I closed menulibre, seconds later the bug report window appeared
