Bug Description

On Kubuntu 17.04 and 18.04 RC, testing LVM Encryption, I noticed there were two fields where you enter matching LVM encryption passwords. But the fields have no labels on them.

The bug is still there in kubuntu 18.04.2 and it confusing. I needed to encrypt the disk so I selected that option, but there was no indication what those boxes were for. It was obvious they were required however since the Continue button was grayed out when selecting that option. I finally decided it must be for passphrase entered twice, and that proved correct.

I tested installing a daily build of an Ubuntu Desktop image for Hirsute, which will become Ubuntu 21.04, and there are labels for the "LVM Encryption Passwords". Subsequently, I don't think Ubuntu is affected for 21.04.

@Brian This is specific to the KDE front end UI. 21.04/hirsute is affected.
