kernel generates ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_FOUND, Evaluating _DOD incorrectly

Many system supports hybrid graphics and its discrete VGA does not have any connectors and therefore has no _DOD method. However, kernel assumes the control method, _DOD, is required. As a result, an exception is thrown incorrectly.
