Bug Description

Tracking bug to support Address Aliasing

VM should be able to assign an alias-ip (from a different network than primary network of interface) to an interface. which will be used in conjunction with floating-IP assignment for the VM-interface.

So floating IP network is accessible by VM only if the packet is originated using Alias IP and vice-versa any packet destined to the floating IP should appear with dest IP as Alias IP when it reaches VM
