Report the cached memory on the controllers in our UVE

1. we dont seem to report the cached memory on the controllers in our UVE, so it appears like the mem utilization is at 90% when some of it is cached actually

Look at the attached screen captures for reference.

Customer reports memory utilization alerts basis numbers reported in the sys_mem_info, but this block doesnt report the cached memory which makes it appear as though the memory utilization is high.

Added cached memory to system memory reporting

Add cached memory to system memory reporting:
1. Added a new cached member to SysMemInfo in UVE
2. Calculate used_sys_mem in stat by subtracting buffers and cached
from used
