SM Web UI is generating default cluster params for passwords, tokens, etc

Bug Description
When creating a cluster through SM Web UI, it generated default cluster params for the servers of that cluster like:
domain name, keystone service token, keystone admin password, storage mon secret key
These should not be generated by UI, instead, user should be expected to enter these and the ones that are generated in SM backend like keystone_
